Le gestionnaire d&rsquo;actifs aux 13 000 milliards de dollars vient de d\u00e9poser aupr\u00e8s de la SEC un Form S-1 pour lancer un nouvel ETF : l\u2019iShares Staked Ethereum Trust, un produit in\u00e9dit combinant exposition au prix de l\u2019ETH et rendement g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par le staking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette d\u00e9marche repr\u00e9sente un tournant strat\u00e9gique : pour la premi\u00e8re fois, un intervenant de cette taille s&rsquo;efforce d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir le staking comme une pratique institutionnelle, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent principalement domin\u00e9e par les acteurs n\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;univers crypto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un ETF con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande institutionnelle<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re demande pr\u00e9liminaire d\u00e9pos\u00e9e le <strong>19 novembre 2025<\/strong>, BlackRock officialise le <strong>5 d\u00e9cembre 2025<\/strong> la d\u00e9claration d\u2019enregistrement aupr\u00e8s de la SEC.<br>Objectif : proposer aux investisseurs un acc\u00e8s simplifi\u00e9 \u00e0 Ethereum, avec une couche additionnelle de rendement r\u00e9gulier gr\u00e2ce au staking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon les documents communiqu\u00e9s, le produit vise \u00e0 offrir :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une exposition directe au prix de l\u2019ETH,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des <strong>rendements issus du staking<\/strong> situ\u00e9s historiquement entre <strong>3 % et 5 %<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une structure r\u00e9glement\u00e9e, conforme et accessible aux investisseurs institutionnels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce point est crucial : la demande d\u2019instruments g\u00e9n\u00e9rant du rendement, dans un contexte o\u00f9 les taux traditionnels rebaissent, pousse d\u00e9sormais les grands gestionnaires \u00e0 int\u00e9grer des m\u00e9canismes on-chain dans des v\u00e9hicules financiers classiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019impact du pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent ETF ETHA : plus d\u20191,16 million d\u2019ETH d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en staking<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le premier ETF Ethereum lanc\u00e9 par BlackRock en 2024, l\u2019<strong>iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA)<\/strong>, avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 l\u2019app\u00e9tit institutionnel pour l\u2019actif. Il avait notamment entra\u00een\u00e9 le <strong>staking de plus de 1,16 million d\u2019ETH<\/strong>, soit plus de <strong>3,6 milliards de dollars<\/strong> au cours actuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec l\u2019ajout d\u2019une version <em>avec staking<\/em>, BlackRock r\u00e9pond d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 une seconde \u00e9volution majeure du march\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u27a1\ufe0f <strong>Les institutions ne veulent plus seulement d\u00e9tenir des crypto-actifs ; elles veulent capter le rendement natif des blockchains.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce mouvement avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 avec les <strong>ETF Solana<\/strong>, qui avaient int\u00e9gr\u00e9 le staking d\u00e8s leur lancement et rencontr\u00e9 un succ\u00e8s massif malgr\u00e9 un contexte difficile pour le march\u00e9 crypto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi cet ETF est un tournant strat\u00e9gique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.
